I am originally from San Francisco and have also studied and lived in the State of Hawaii. I have lived in Oregon for many years and understand the cultural and unique qualities of both urban and rural cultures. I am a seasoned therapist with 25 years experience as a wholistic mental health professional and have enjoyed working with a diversity of populations and issues. We are living in challenging times and I my goal is to inspire hope and active involvement in the therapy and your recovery process. Listening to your individual needs and preferences is my therapy style. Working with individuals who have entered transitions in life and who have experienced trauma are my specialities.
